Business problem: Structure and marketing strategy of the organization

This consulting project focused on the organization design and the marketing strategy of the business. The consultant supported the management team to improve the organization design.  The management needed the development of a marketing strategy to build a strong brand name in the market.  The consultant developed and presented the marketing plan with a series of actions to support the business strategy on brand awareness. 

Consulting project outcomes:

·         Increase of profitability by 10% twelve months after the completion of the consulting project.

·         Increase of business productivity by 15%.

·         Creation of two new services that added value to the existing business.

·         Increase of the share in the regional market by 10%.

·         Purchase and implementation of new management waste technology.

The retail tyre store faced problems with the organization design and the innovation strategy.  The consultant worked with the management team to improve the organization design.  The management needed the development of an innovation strategy in order to offer new services in the automobile sector.  The consultant with the management team designed, implemented and evaluated the innovation strategy.
